I have had these gummies for only a short time, but they seem to be helping. They give me more energy in the morning, and help me to get up and go into my morning routine, without any draginess, or sleepiness. By the time I have made my coffee and given the dog her medicine, I am pretty " alive" without even a sip of my coffee. But, I will not be giving up my coffee, so this helps before I can drink it! At night, I have less cravings for cookies and other foods I should just stay away from. This helps me to keep away from these foods and I tend to drink a decaf coffee or tea, and sleep fine.
